Health care professionals are some of the most compassionate and tenderhearted folks on the planet, so giving your team an opportunity to spread goodness into the world through participating in the Christmas Mission is an excellent choice!

Here’s how it works: give each of your staff members $100 to donate towards a person or organization they align with, and ask them to share their impact story with you and the team afterwards. Finding ways to help others is such an amazing gift, and these stories will make a lasting impression on everyone who hears them.

Last year, we asked everyone who participated in the Christmas Mission to share about their experience and what it meant to them so we could encourage and challenge our larger community.
